Skilled nursing tasks such as wound care, injections, or medication administration. Those are delivered by a home health agency under a doctor's order; UniCura coordinates schedules with home health when a client has both.
Morning and/or evening visits of two to four hours to cover the routines that matter most, or longer daytime shifts that combine personal care with companionship and meals.
Same intake as every service. The in-home assessment for Personal Care is done by our clinical leadership and covers mobility, bathroom setup, and any equipment the home needs before the first visit.
