When an employee's parent needs help, the employee's job suffers first.

UniCura’s caregiver support benefit gives your employees who are caring for a parent in Monongalia, Marion, Harrison or Preston County a place to turn, so they can stay at work and stay well.

The problem, in one paragraph

Roughly one in five working adults in the United States is caring for an older family member, and most of them are doing it without telling their employer. It shows up as the missed morning, the phone calls from the hallway, the resignation nobody saw coming.

What your employees get

What it costs you

Nothing to offer it. Your employees pay for care directly at our standard rates, with a group discount on the Care Oversight subscription. If you want to go further and subsidize hours as a benefit, we invoice you monthly for what your employees used, with no minimum and no annual commitment.

How it works

01.

We send you a one-page flyer and a short enrollment link for your intranet or HR newsletter.

02.

Employees call or submit the form and we take it from there.

03.

Each quarter you get a summary of how many employees used the benefit. Never who.

Why a local agency

Our caregivers are employees, not contractors, with guaranteed hours and ongoing training, and they live in the four counties we serve. Our office is at 7000 Hampton Center in Morgantown. When something changes with a parent at 2 p.m. on a Friday, your employee is calling a person who knows the family. Oversight is a flat monthly fee, not hourly. Call for the founding rate.
